John Sichinga - CEO
Has over 30 years working experience across the energy industry including Mining Metallurgy, Oil and Gas, Petroleum and Power Generation. Spent 8 years working in the Mineral Extractive Industry in Zambia and South Africa, 22 years working for Sasol culminating in Senior Vice President positions for it’s International Energy and Oil and Gas divisions and his last year as Head of Business Operations at Globeleq, an African focussed Independent Power Producer head quartered in London.

John Douglas – Technical Director
Has over 35 years experience in the electricity industry working for two of the world’s largest power and energy companies, Siemens and GE in senior positions in sales and business development. John negotiated turnkey projects in the Mining , Oil and Gas , Power , Manufacturing , Food and Beverage , Distribution and Water reticulation fields and was involved from inception to completion. These projects were multi-faceted and were implemented in various African countries.
